Platform Fee Schedule
Heritage Prime Construction may charge an applicable platform fee for marketplace technology, matching, transaction records, payment functionality where used, communications, and administrative support. The applicable fee is disclosed before the transaction is confirmed and may vary by project or marketplace category.

Platform Deposit Rule: For projects configured to require a deposit, the applicable deposit percentage is disclosed before payment. The platform will not mark the project as ready to begin until the required payment is confirmed by the applicable payment provider. Deposit handling, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and any milestone releases are governed by the payment provider's capabilities and the transaction terms accepted for that project. Heritage Prime does not describe a payment as escrow unless a separately authorized escrow or custodial arrangement actually applies.
Platform Fee & Transaction Terms
Platform Fee & Payment Clause: When a project uses Heritage Prime payment functionality, applicable platform fees and payment terms are disclosed before the parties confirm the transaction. Payments must follow the payment method and transaction terms presented for that project. Users may not intentionally circumvent an applicable platform fee or other transaction term they have accepted. Heritage Prime may restrict platform access for violations of accepted platform terms. Platform fees support marketplace technology, matching, transaction records, communications, administrative support, and other platform services described at checkout. Heritage Prime is not an escrow agent unless a specific transaction expressly identifies a separately authorized escrow or custodial provider.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer / Property Owner — Roles & Responsibilities
You are commissioning the project and responsible for payment and site access.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate and complete project description before posting
- Review contractor proposals and select through the platform
- Sign the project agreement acknowledging fees and deposit requirements
- Pay any disclosed project deposit required by the applicable transaction terms before the platform marks work ready to begin
- Make the work site accessible on agreed dates
- Approve any scope changes in writing through the platform
- Review completed work and follow the payment terms accepted for the project
- Follow any anti-circumvention terms expressly accepted for the specific platform transaction
Your Rights & Protections
- Receive work completed to professional standards
- Clear disclosure of applicable platform fees and payment terms before checkout
- Access to platform records, communications, and administrative support where available
- Credential status clearly labeled as verified only when Heritage Prime has actually completed the applicable verification
Contractor (Independent or Company) — Roles & Responsibilities
You are performing the work and must meet professional and platform standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain all licenses, registrations, insurance, and bonds required for the work and jurisdiction; verification status is shown only when actually confirmed
- Submit accurate proposals through the platform bid system
- Sign the project agreement acknowledging fees and roles
- Perform work to professional industry standards
- Provide progress updates and photos through the platform
- Complete work within the agreed timeline
- Follow the payment and anti-circumvention terms expressly accepted for the project
- Cooperate with reasonable platform administrative review while retaining responsibility for the independent service relationship
Your Rights & Protections
- Receive clear payment instructions and transaction records when platform payment functionality is used
- Platform fee is disclosed before the transaction is confirmed
- Access to authorized customer project details and scope
- Use available payment-provider and platform records without any representation that Heritage Prime is an escrow agent unless expressly disclosed
Realtor — Roles & Responsibilities
You facilitate construction buildouts for property transactions and renovations.
Your Responsibilities
- Connect property owners with qualified contractors through the platform
- Ensure project scope aligns with property value and sale objectives
- Coordinate site access for estimates and during construction
- Oversee project progress and completion milestones
- Follow the applicable payment flow when a project uses Heritage Prime payment functionality
- Do not facilitate circumvention of transaction terms expressly accepted by the parties
